Startup issue with Half Minute Hero on Steam

Hello, my problem is that I just bought Half Minute Hero, I install it, launch it and I see the startup screen Marvelous AQL and it doesn't move anymore. Could it be that a file is missing during the installation? I'm waiting for your response.

    It's all good, it's resolved; a PC restart was enough.
