Hello everyone, I have a Steam account with Dota 2, CS:S, CZ, and plenty of other games, but I've heard about something on Steam called a "gift" that allows you to send a gift to a friend, and the friend receives it and uses it. I would like to know how to get a FREE Counter-Strike GIFT :) THANK YOU ALL

Hi,  to send a gift to a friend, you need to own the game in your Steam inventory, and not in your game library.  Basically, you need to have the games in duplicate.

Either by buying it, winning it in some way (for example, a contest on Steam), or getting it through another friend.
