Antivirus scan failure

I can't open the file I downloaded; I can't download anything really.

Here's a solution that should disable the antivirus scan on Firefox and allow the download to disinfect the PC and remove ZeroAccess/Sirefef.
If you don’t have Firefox, you will have to transfer the disinfection programs via USB key by downloading them from another PC.

Launch Firefox
In the address bar (where you type the website addresses): Clear everything and type about:config and hit enter
Click on "I promise I’ll be careful!"
In the search bar, copy/paste browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone
This should give you browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone as a result with true in the value column

Double-click on browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone to change it to false
Close and restart Firefox

Disable your antivirus then

Download ZHPDiag (from Nicolas Coolman).

Double click on the installation file, then install it with the default settings (Don’t forget to check “Create a desktop icon”)

Launch ZHPDiag by double-clicking on the icon on your desktop (Right click -> Run as administrator (Vista)

Click on the magnifying glass at the top left, then let the tool scan.

Once the scan is finished, click on the icon shaped like a floppy disk and save the file on your desktop.

Go to Cjoint: http://www.cijoint.com/

Click on “Browse” in the “Attach a file[...]” section

Select the ZHPdiag.txt report that is on your desktop

Then click on “Click here to upload the file” and copy/paste the link in your next message

or alternatively, to send your report:
* When the scan is finished, use the site http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ to send the reports.
Provide the pjjoint link here afterward so it can be reviewed.

Uninstall AVG then run ZHPDiag.

I can't download!!! Even if I uninstall AVG.
