Strong Srt 6410 Update Issue

Hello,

I'm sending you a message because I'm having an issue with my TNT SAT STRONG device. I have doubts about a configuration of the device to perform the update from version 1.3 -> V2 Firmware.

I noticed that there is an option to update the software in the designated settings, and I wanted to confirm with you whether the frequency value is important? Because I've been searching for updates and nothing is working!

Knowing that the Srt 6410 is updated by satellite from Thursday to Sunday, I have no messages appearing and when I turn the device off and on again, nothing happens either.

My question is whether in

Installation -> System Settings -> Software Settings

You have this

Sat Astra 1C,1E
Frequency 11856
Vertical Polarization
Symbol Rate 27500

Is the frequency correct????
