Canalsat: picture but no sound with my new decoder

Good evening,
I received my new Canal+/Canal Sat decoder today: the Cube Satellite HD Wifi (as a replacement for the Médiasat).
The picture is good on all channels, but I have no sound on any channel, whether in HD or not.
I saw Nicole's post from March 8, but the solution provided to her does not work for me (I probably don't have the new interface).
For quite some time, I have been trying all possible settings, but unfortunately, still no sound.
I would like to point out that when I exit Canal and don’t go through the decoder, I have sound on all TNT channels.
As I am connecting via HDMI, I just went to ask my neighbor to lend me his HDMI cable in case mine is defective. But even with his, I still have no sound.
Does anyone have any ideas, please? I'm getting a bit desperate here....
