Hello,
I can no longer turn on my Canalsat decoder called the "BOX"!!!
I changed the batteries in the remote control but nothing works!!
the time is displayed in white and not in standby.....
this happened while I was changing channels from 3 to 2!!
when I switched to 2 (decoder display) the screen stayed black. Then I pressed 3 but the decoder switched to 3 and then went back to 2 with the TV screen still black, same for the other channels, stuck on 2!!!

Hello,
While waiting for a Canalsat exchange, you can try a "reset" of the decoder.
> turn off the decoder with the button located at the back.
> turn it back on and immediately press and hold the standby and channel + buttons on the decoder for 5 seconds (not the remote! the decoder)
This will trigger a complete reset of the decoder that takes about 5 minutes.
Every problem has a solution; if there is no solution... well, there isn't one, as we’ve just told you!
