Hello,
For a month now, I have lost sound on Canal+; I have the picture but no sound. I'm talking about Canal+ in clear since I don't have a decoder. I have a Sony 3D LED screen.

on certain TNT decoders, HDD recorders, TVs,.... switching channels between encrypted frequencies and clear frequencies comes with a loss of sound... it may seem strange but it's normal
it's due to the transition between MPEG4 and MPEG2 when switching to clear
solution: when you are on a clear channel, use your TV remote to select one of the available audio modes (language button, or audio or similar).... depending on the model, you will have the choice between several languages: French, undefined, and English,
go to French and confirm
