Play Store, forgot password Solved/Closed

Question

Hello,

I'm trying to make a purchase on the Play Store on my Android... but it's asking me for a password... I don't know what it's for...

What should I do?

I managed to solve my problem, I contacted the Play Store, they replied very quickly, I am copying and pasting their email:

"To modify or delete your PIN, open the Google Play Store app, then go to Menu > Settings > Unlock settings > Set or change PIN. Then enter a new PIN, or tap on "Delete PIN".

Or

"If you have forgotten your PIN, go to Menu > Settings from your device's home screen. Then tap on Apps > Manage apps > All > Play Store > Clear data."

Hello, the password you are being asked for is the Gmail account password that you normally created during the first launch of Google Play.

Hello, thank you for your response, but my Gmail password contains letters & numbers while to enter the code requested on my phone on the Play Store, I only have the option to enter numbers... the number keyboard is available but not the letters.

Google Play is connected to all Google sites such as:
Google +, YouTube, Gmail, etc...

First of all, you need to have a Google email address (Gmail.com).
If you don't have a Google account, I invite you to go to this web address:
https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?service=mail&passive=true&rm=false&continue=https://mail.google.com/mail/?hl%3Den&ss=1&scc=1&ltmpl=default&ltmplcache=2&hl=en
( then click on "Create account")

After that, you can log in to all Google sites as well as Google Play.

If you forgot your password, click on "Can't access your account?"
