Hello,
My grandmother's neighbor turned on her SAMSUNG LED television this noon, she was watching a show on France 3 when suddenly a white screen appeared instead of the image. The sound is still present. We tried changing the source and accessing the menu but nothing works.
However, the remote control still works: we can adjust the volume, change channels...
The TV was bought on May 18, 2012 at Darty Beauvais.

Samsung puts mediocre quality components in its TVs so they break faster and people buy a new one since repairs can be more expensive than the TV itself... it’s a kind of business... sometimes it happens sooner than expected. But it can come from a poorly connected cable or something like that, but even if changing the source doesn't resolve the situation, it's more complicated...
