Hi,
it's a problem that will require physical intervention. If you're no longer under warranty, handy with your hands, and understand English, you can follow the instructions in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7vl7-vZEL8

Otherwise, go to a TV repair shop, or contact Samsung customer service.
