EBP 2013 Student Pack Not Working

Hello,

I just bought the EBP Student Pack, which includes 6 modules. However, when I want to start the demo for each module, whether it's Payroll or Accounting, a window opens up with a long message in English. Here is an excerpt: System.Argument exception: The font "Segoe UI" does not support style Regular. at System.Drawing.Font.Create.NativeFont(). At System.Drawing.Font.Initialize (Font Family family, Single emSize, FontStyle style, GraphicsUnit unit, Byte gdiCharSet, Boolean gdiVerticalFont) ..... And the message continues like this, so I would like to understand why this message appears, and afterward, I get an error message and the software closes.

    Well, I still can't manage it, I've contacted support but got no response, so here is the report I found. I hope someone can help me find a solution.

    No one to help me???

    I received a response from EBP support that said it might be a problem with the SEGOE UI font and that I needed to disable ClearType to switch to Standard mode. That's what I did, but the software still doesn't work. Honestly, it's starting to annoy me.

    The problem does not come directly from your EBP software but from an instability in your operating system.

    This is related to the "Segoe UI" font used by the software dialog boxes, which are either missing or incomplete.
