Ebp 2007 error cannot generate the report

Hello, I have a small problem when I want to print or preview an invoice on EBP 2007. I get an error message that says "error cannot generate the report invalid variant type conversion"???? I have been using EBP for 7 years and I have never encountered this message, please help me

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 38.0.2125.111

      No, I don't think I've ever done it... how to do it? I'm not skilled with all these manipulations.

    Uninstall and reinstall the software if you have any problems, ask me good luck!!! :-)

    Ah yes, if it's possible, but save all your files in a folder.
