Pack Etudiant EBP 2013 qui ne fonctionne pas

Personne pour m'aider???

J'ai eu une réponse de l'assistance d'EBP qui m'a dit que c'était peut être un problème de police SEGOE UI et qu'il fallait que je désactive Cleartype pour mettre en mode Standart. C'est ce que j'ai fais mais le logiciel ne fonctionne toujours pas. Franchement çà commence à m'énerver.

Le problème ne provient pas directement de vos logiciels EBP mais d'une instabilité de votre système d'exploitation.

Cela est lié à la police « Segoe UI » utilisée par les boites de dialogue du logiciel qui sont soit manquantes, soit incomplètes.
