Lower speed on RJ45 than on WiFi

Coaxial cable signal too strong: Signal too powerful, risking saturating the modem's input, which will perform less well, with a risk of transmission errors. This is not at all like ADSL, where the more power there is, the better it is, because it allows for higher speeds. In coaxial-fiber technology, the speed does not vary at all with the signal strength, as long as the power remains within a fairly wide range of proper functioning, neither too strong nor too weak. And your signal is a bit beyond the upper limit.

This is a second problem, which has nothing to do with the first. But both can impact SpeedTest results. It would be better to first address the issue on the Ethernet side, and then reassess the situation.

Your card is supposed to support Gbit Ethernet. Try updating your network card driver. ;)

Run devmgmt.msc, then right-click on your network card and select Properties. Next, in the Advanced tab, you should have different options, including one that defines the maximum speed. Check that it is set to Auto or the maximum of 1000Mbits/s

Sync at only 10 Mbps: Your Ethernet cable is likely faulty, or your network card is misconfigured. Try using another Ethernet cable of category 5e or higher.

The Ethernet sync speed is displayed in the status of the local network connection of Seven. On the bottom right, or in the network and sharing center, whatever.

Show us also the detailed cable signal information page (in the administration interface of the Bbox fiber).

How to know if it is Gigabit compatible?

Your wired network card is the 3rd one on the list: Realtek Gigabit Ethernet. Check the "Speed & duplex" option, as well as the options that reduce speed to save energy. Make sure to note the original values before changing anything!

Hmm, go to the administration page of your box and check the internet speed (which on fiber is between 100 and 150Mbit/s).

Are you going through a switch?

16 ping and 9Mbit/s doesn't really look like a fiber connection... generally, fiber has 2x less ping, 10x more download speed, and 4x more upload speed

(1/9ms - 80-100Mb/s - 8-10Mb/s) generally on fiber...
