Closing Word 2010 - normal.dotm file Solved

Question

Hello,
Upon closing Word 2010, I consistently receive the message "changes have been made to the global template normal.dotm. Do you want to save these changes?" even if I haven't modified anything, or even done anything!
How can I eliminate this malfunction?

Hello  Go to the advanced options, section "Saving", and uncheck "Prompt before saving the normal.dotm"  -- Argitxu

I don't understand!! Save a blank file in the Microsoft Office folder... and the rest of the directory??? Where is this Microsoft Office folder??? Thank you for your help because I am also impacted!!!

Le normal.dotm is located at C:\Users\"your name"\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates
