Convert InDesign file to Word without losing formatting

Hello,

I have a document created in InDesign that I can open on a PC at work, but I have no idea how to use this software. I have a lot of corrections to make on this document, so I would like to know if it is possible to convert this file to Word to edit the text without losing too much of the layout created in InDesign? If I can't recover the graphics from InDesign, that's fine; I will at least retrieve the text and rework the layout, even if it's less attractive.
Thank you for responding quickly; it's urgent.

Best regards
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

Not really possible... The two software programs do not have the same workflow structure...

What you can do is copy/paste the selected text from InDesign to Word... And even then it might be difficult because InDesign uses text boxes while Word is more for continuous text....

You can save it from InDesign as a PDF, and with Acrobat you can use 'save as' in Word format .docx or .doc depending on the version of your Word. (I have Acrobat Pro, I don't know if it works with the basic version).

There you go, I did it and it works very well for me.
Good luck!
