IPhone dropped in milk

Hello,
I just dropped my iPhone in milk (around 7:20 PM), big panic! But my iPhone didn't fall completely, it stayed on, and I noticed that the speaker wasn't working (the music didn’t but the ringtones did, strange, right?!) and my power button started to glitch, locking itself every 2-3 seconds. I got scared and I'm online, so I put it in rice for 10 minutes, then tested it, same result. Then I tried to take it apart, but I didn't have the right tools, so I put it in a bag full of rice (without the chip and the SIM tray). My iPhone has been in the rice bag (since around 8:15-8:20), turned off, but just like my power button, it keeps turning on and off, big worry!
Is my case as serious as others? (I've heard that those who dropped their iPhone in water can't turn it back on, while I can and there's no fog on my iPhone), can the rice trick work or is it already too late?
I would like some advice because I'm a bit stressed :s
Thank you in advance!

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 24.0.1312.52

Turn off the heating, you can melt some components or kill the screen.

& I'm a little worried, since it's milk and it dries quite quickly, I'm afraid that the milk has dried and stuck inside the iPhone, is there a risk? (I put the bag of rice in my room and turned the heating up to help absorb the milk)

Wait a few days without turning it back on and turn it off so it can dry without risking a short circuit.

      Hello,
I just experienced the same thing; I panicked but out of reflex from dropping most of my phones in water, I caught it right away. It only stayed in the milk for about a second; I was on the phone and the speaker started glitching, so I hung up and sucked the milk out from the bottom since it had fallen down. Then I shook it, and since my screen is coming off at the top right, I sucked out the mini bubble of condensation that disappeared. It works perfectly; I'll see if it continues.

you can try putting it in a cereal box.
The "honey pops" absorb milk well.
