Hello,

I need to send an email to a .co.uk address but the person is not receiving it; this email contains attachments. However, I have received emails from this person and I simply clicked "Reply".

I also tried sending it with Hotmail to another address that also ends with .co.uk, but without success. Is there something I can do?

Thanks in advance for your responses :)

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 18.0

So your email is either in the spam folder or deleted by the company's antivirus due to the attachments.

Alright, is there anything to add or modify at the end of the address?

How can I ensure this goes through? It's quite important...

    Hello,

are you sending and receiving an error message? Did your correspondent check their spam folder?

No, I haven't tried, it's a company regarding my order, but I'm not receiving an error message.
I think the person checked the spam folder, but I'm not sure.
