Etc...

So, to create an email address, the easiest way is still to go through an email service. There are many of them:

Gmail; Hotmail; La Poste; your ISP's one... This way, you can customize your email address before the '@', but after 'gmail.com' or 'msn.fr' or 'yahoo.fr' ... then it's not you who gets to choose it unless you set up an SMTP, POP3 email server... but I don't think that's what you want to do.

Anyway, I recommend, for example, Gmail, which allows you to create an email address where you won't be bombarded everywhere by ads:

You can create an email redirection on venez.fr so your address is prénom.nom@fai.fr, which becomes ce-que-tu-veut.cequetuveut.fr, and all emails will go to prénom.nom@fai.fr
