Hello,
I’m reaching out because my HDMI port has been faulty for a few days. It’s on an old computer that is constantly connected to my TV via HDMI.
For the past few days, it hasn’t responded: the port is loose, probably due to being plugged and unplugged so much...
My question is simple: is it possible to replace it? If so, is it really complicated, or should I go through a repair service?
Thank you in advance for your responses.
Dave

Hello, to my knowledge, HDMI ports are integrated into the motherboard, and you need to intervene on the motherboard, possibly requiring soldering.
Nothing prevents you from turning off the power and opening the side panel of your PC to take a look.

Please remember to mark it as "resolved" if that is the case.
