"Dial the number of your correspondent" during a call

Question

Hello,

I just switched to SFR’s network, and now when someone tries to reach me on my landline, my callers receive a system message saying "Please dial your correspondent's number" which causes 99% of people to hang up.
I contacted SFR support. They told me that the line is operational and that I should replace my phone.
My phone is a Siemens Gigaset S150 color.

I don’t see what I could modify or do to make it work with my box.

Hi

Did you keep your geographic phone number or do you now have a 09?

For the Gigaset, unplug it from your box and try calling yourself with your mobile

It should "ring" on the caller's phone whether the box phone is connected or not

If it’s the same, that excludes any problem coming from your Gigaset

Thank you, I kept my original phone number France Tél. I unplugged the phone from the box as you asked and I no longer have that message.  If I had another phone, I would try it out.  Thank you

It comes from the phone.
I replaced my Siemens Gigaset S150 colour base with a Siemens Gigaset A 580 base, and I no longer have this message after several attempts;
Thanks to the address you gave me, I asked the question to Gigaset.
As soon as I have an answer, I'll let you know.

Thank you for your advice, thanks to you and Gigaset my problem is resolved.
Here is the procedure communicated by Gigaset that works.
"We have no information that the S150 Col model is incompatible with the boxes. This announcement comes from the line. However, if you say that with another model you have no issues when connected to the same box, we suggest you reset the base:
Remove the handset from the base.
Unplug the power cable from the base/charging station.
Press and hold the paging/register button located on your base (the last button at the bottom of the station).
While holding down the button, plug your power cable back in.
After 5 seconds, release the paging/register button.

The memory of the answering machine is cleared, the PIN code is reset, and the handsets are deregistered after this procedure. Place the handset on the base to re-register it. If registration does not happen automatically, we will send you the manual registration procedure:
On the handset:
Enter the Menu
Handset Settings (ok)
Register Handset (ok)
If it asks for the PIN code, the default is 0000 (ok)
As soon as you put your handset in registration mode, you need to put the base in registration mode as well.

On the base:
Press and hold the Paging/register button on your base for 5 seconds."

Hello, if your problem is not resolved

here is the solution: enter pin number 9955 into your box

when you reset your Siemens decoder, the default code is 0000

if you receive a call, the message says to dial the number

now enter pin code 9955 into your decoder

everything will be solved, I just did the reset a moment ago

and that is the right solution
