Here is the problem that concerns me: every day and several times a day since the end of 2013 (it starts around 8:30 a.m.) I am harassed on my landline by a phone number with 14 digits: 00390557188402 or 00390689896066 even though I am on the silent list and a customer of the Bouygues Telecom operator for 12 years. My phone displays ANONYMOUS but I know the number because the call is reported to my mobile phone. I picked up once, and it was a person speaking a foreign language who answered; I don't know what language? They speak, then put you on hold, and nothing more!! I would first like to know who this number belongs to? And secondly, what recourse do I have? A family member told me that if I answered, I would be the one who pays?? Can you tell me what I should do because I can't take it anymore. I am elderly, I live alone, and I am scared!!!.......Thank you in advance for the help you can provide me. I put myself on the red list specifically to be protected and I don't understand how, despite everything, my number can still be found and calls can be made to me. I think I am partly responsible for this because when we sign up to receive a newsletter, we are often asked for our landline or mobile number and without thinking, I give it, which is a serious mistake I acknowledge.
