Hello, Dear Madam, Dear Sir.

Here is the problem that concerns me: every day and several times a day since the end of 2013 (it starts around 8:30 a.m.) I am harassed on my landline by a phone number with 14 digits: 00390557188402 or 00390689896066 even though I am on the silent list and a customer of the Bouygues Telecom operator for 12 years. My phone displays ANONYMOUS but I know the number because the call is reported to my mobile phone. I picked up once, and it was a person speaking a foreign language who answered; I don't know what language? They speak, then put you on hold, and nothing more!! I would first like to know who this number belongs to? And secondly, what recourse do I have? A family member told me that if I answered, I would be the one who pays?? Can you tell me what I should do because I can't take it anymore. I am elderly, I live alone, and I am scared!!!.......Thank you in advance for the help you can provide me. While waiting for your reply, please accept, Dear Madam, Dear Sir, the expression of my distinguished salutations accompanied by my sincere thanks. Madame Brigitte BOSSUWE

Configuration: Windows XP / Chrome 32.0.1700.76

Hello,

This number is in Italy.

No need to worry, just don’t answer.

The aim is for you to call it back, and only in that case, it might cost you a fortune.

If you are with Bouygues, there is an app that allows you to reject unwanted and unknown calls.

HELLO and thank you dear friend for being kind enough to respond to me so quickly. I put myself on the red list specifically to be protected and I don't understand how, despite everything, my number can still be found and calls can be made to me. I think I am partly responsible for this because when we sign up to receive a newsletter, we are often asked for our landline or mobile number and without thinking, I give it, which is a serious mistake I acknowledge. I will call BOUYGUES to explain that being on the red list, I still don't understand how, in addition to commercial sites, unscrupulous people still call me. Thank you for everything, I am 65 years old and I don't feel safe living in the countryside without a car. Best regards to you and thank you a thousand times for your help, which is very precious to me.
