What you can do to make this person leave you alone is to do like I do, when you are being harassed, put this number on automatic rejection. If you have a Samsung, you search for the number, then you press the left button and look for ADD TO REJECT LIST and press OK. Then go to SETTINGS, look for CALLS and press CALL REJECTION. Check AUTO REJECT LIST and REGISTER THE NUMBER, then press SAVED. I hope I've been able to help you a bit even if you don't have a Samsung mobile. I think it can be done with other mobiles as well.
