Bonjour,
j ai un problème, je formatais mon pc et il c est éteint.En message ça me marque bootmgr is missing press ctrl+alt+ del to restart et un ecran noir et quande je fais cette manipulation il me remet la meme chose

Certainement pas.
Car on ne formate pas un PC.
Le formatage, c'est ceci :

Vous faisiez une "restauration".
