1° Windows 7 cannot be uninstalled, like any other operating system (OS)

2° The only way is to install another OS in its place, and without an installation disk, I don’t see how you can do it.

3° It’s probably not because of Windows 7 that you can’t access the internet but because of a missing driver or a misconfiguration by the user!

4° You don’t replace/remove an OS just because you can’t connect; there are other solutions!
