j'ai aussi un problème de System alert, j'espère que quelqu'un pourra m'aider, voici les différents rapports Smitfraudfix et hijackthis.

Bonsoir,

Utilisation ----- option 2 -Nettoyage :

* Redémarre l'ordinateur en mode sans échec
(tapoter F8 au boot pour obtenir le menu de démarrage ou http://service1.symantec.com/support/inter/tsgeninfointl.nsf/fr_docid/20020905112131924


* Double clique sur smitfraudfix.cmd


* Sélectionne 2 pour supprimer les fichiers responsables de l'infection.


A la question Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ? répondre O (oui) afin de débloquer le fond d'écran et supprimer les clés de démarrage automatique de l'infection.

Le fix déterminera si le fichier wininet.dll est infecté.

A la question Corriger le fichier infecté ? répondre O (oui) pour remplacer le fichier corrompu.

* Redémarre en mode normal et poste le rapport ici

N.B.: Cette étape élimine les fichiers infectieux détectés à l'étape #1
Attention que l'option 2 de l'outil supprime le fond d'écran !

puis reposte un nouveau rapport hijackthis

Lance AVG Anti-Spyware Clique sur le bouton Analyse (de la barre d'outils) Puis sur l'onglet Paramètres, sous : "Comment réagir "clique sur Actions recommandées. Sélectionne Quarantaine. Reviens à l'onglet Analyse. Clique sur Analyse complète du système. A la fin du scan, choisis l'option 3 "Appliquer toutes les actions " en bas. Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport". Ceci génère un rapport en fichier texte qui se trouve dans le dossier Reports du dossier d'AVG Anti-Spyware. * relance l'option 1 de smitfraud et poste le rapport ainsi que celui de AVG et un nouveau rapport hijackthis ------------------------- / Dès le redémarrage, lance le nettoyage avec CCleaner et supprime : C:\!Killbox <------- le dossier

Bonjour,

* Télécharge ce fichier (par ejvindh)
http://www.uploads.ejvindh.net/rustbfix.exe

* sauvegarde-le sur ton Bureau.

* Double clique rustbfix.exe afin de lancer l'outil.
Si une infection Rustock.b est détectée, une invite t'indiquera qu'il est nécessaire de redémarrer l'ordi. Ce redémarrage pourrait être plus long que d'habitude, et il est possible que deux redémarrages soient requis. Tout cela se fera automatiquement.
Suite au(x) redémarrage(s), deux rapports s'ouvriront : (%root%\avenger.txt & %root%\rustbfix\pelog.txt).
* Copie colle le contenu de ces deux rapports, ainsi qu'un nouveau log HijackThis

2- Selectionne "Delete on Reboot"
3 - Dans "Full Path of File to Delete"
copie et colle:

c:\windows\system32\.protected 
5- clic sur le rond rouge
6- une fenetre va apparaitre pour confirmation clic sur OUI
7- une seconde fenetre te demande si tu veux redemarrer clic sur OUI 

Au deux messages qui vont s'afficher, tu réponds par "YES"
L'ordinateur doit redémarrer, sinon, fais le toi-même, quoiqu'il arrive.

* Copie les lignes de la citation suivante, d'un trait :

* Télécharge à présent The Avenger

ensuite si cela ne fonctionne pas (on a posté en même temps, donc fait ceci :)

* Télécharge le script "Silent Runners"

clic droit > "enregistrer sous" (et non pas clic gauche) sur le lien suivant :

clique ensuite 2 fois sur "yes"
Laisse lui le temps de faire son analyse (compte une minute, montre en main)

poste le rapport généré qui se trouve dans le meme dossier que Silent Runners...

Si ton antivirus s'affole, autorise ce script. Ou au pire, désactive-le juste le temps du téléchargement et du scan. Ce script n'est pas dangereux.

va le supprimer manuellement, au besoin essaye en mode sans échec

OK parfait pour .protected

il va falloir faire qq chose, j'ai fait une erreur avec the avenger, il faut récupérer cette erreur

tu vas aller dans C:\avenger,  puis tu décompresses le dossier backup.zippuis tu vas remettre le dossier etc  

 dans C:\windows\system32\drivers

puis il y a qq restes visibles dans Silent Runners
on va les supprimer

pour sauvegarder ta base de register avant les manipulations, c'est toujours plus prudent.

ouvre le bloc note et copie colle ce qui est en gras ci dessous y compris la ligne vide à la fin

Puis "fichier"/"enregistrer sous" :
dans : sur le bureau
Nom du fichier : fix0.reg
Type de fichier : "tous les fichiers"
clique sur "enregistrer"

L'icône de fix0.reg doit ressembler à cela [img]https://www.hiboox.com[/img]

quitte internet et double clique sur fix0.reg => tu dois obligatoirement avoir un message
"voulez-vous vraiment ajouter les informations contenues dans ce fichier .reg au registre ?"
Si c'est bien le cas, clique sur "oui"



tu redémarres l'ordi et tu postes un nouveau rapport de  silent runners pour vérif

c'est à dire dans
C:\windows\system32\drivers

en ce qui concerne Outlock je ne pourrais pas t'aider, je ne connais pas du tout. Peut être peux tu recréer un sujet avec ce problème là.

non bien sûr tu peux supprimer tout ça sans problème.

J'ai une tête comme une citrouille, et beaucoup de mal à réfléchir ! :)

je vais aller me coucher je pense c'est plus sérieux et qui sait avec un grog dés fois que ce soit efficace !
