How to remove Windows 7 activation

Hello,
Every time I turn on my laptop (DELL INSPIRON), a message about activating Windows 7 appears.
A technician told me that it was possible to get rid of it. I would like to know how to remove this message?

    Hello,
    I have a solution for your problem:
    • Press the Windows+R keys simultaneously and enter the following command 
      cmd
    • Confirm by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Enter to run it as an administrator
    • A command prompt window will appear, type this: 
      slmgr /rilc
    • Then type the following command: 
      slmgr /rearm
