Hello,

I'm in trouble... I subscribed to a website for a duration of 3 days, so far no problem. The issue is that after those three days, my account was charged €29 and it says that this will happen every month! The transaction was made with the service: SEGPAYEU. But nowhere does it say that I can cancel my subscription... I'm hoping that someone has already had this problem.

Help, thanks...

    Your '3-day' site was probably a porn site..
    Segpay is a payment platform dedicated to 80% of the payment for such sites..
    You probably 'forgot' to unsubscribe from the site at the end of your visit (This procedure must be mentioned in very small print in the site's terms and conditions..). If you don't unsubscribe, you are subscribed! Solution: unsubscribe quickly via the 'visit' site... Or change your credit card and risk reminders or collection agencies..

    Reminder: It is highly advisable to never give your credit card information online.. Use the E-Card (Virtual Card) for one-time use..

      please I'm in the same situation as rollordi and I've read Afrikarnak's response but I didn't quite understand how to unsubscribe via the visit site, thank you for providing a bit more details.

    My son had made this mistake.
    I sent an email to: Help@SegPay.com
    With the following content:
    Hello,
    I am going to cancel my bank account because it was not me who
    made those charges.

    They appeared on my statement like this:

    (As it appears on the bank statement)

    Segpayeu.Com/whalemem xxx 39.98 euros
    Segpayeu.Com/generati xxx 39.97 euros

    my bank account number is:

    xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx
