Unwanted withdrawal

I made my last purchase by credit card on October 7th at SNCF.
Regarding the debits I mentioned, they may be from the Torrent Privacy site.
I tried to connect but without success.
I sent them an email requesting complete cancellation

Discgp 1-8 Us80093418, these two payments were made on September 16th, by the way I haven't received anything in return)
And this month, it's happening again (same debit) not to mention the bank fees since it was a purchase from abroad. I want to point out that I ordered nothing.

I haven't had any issues with my bank so far.
The file has been sent to the head office, and in theory, I should be reimbursed within 15 to 20 days.
In addition, a new bank card is in the process of being made. Thank you for your interventions, I see and am happy about the existing solidarity online.

I was charged for American products (testoforce xenghton: a dietary supplement for getting chocolate abs) that I never ordered or received anything. I disputed the charges; I was debited 2 times €99 per month. I was refunded, but after review, the bank took the money back from me, saying that the delivery address was mine and therefore I must have placed the order, either myself or one of my relatives. This is not possible, and even if it were, how could a neighbor or relative intercept a package intended for me on 4 occasions without our postman mentioning it? We live in a village.

On the Gendarmerie side, the 'no further action' classification is due to their lack of information on internet fraud. However, there is a specialized unit: the Cybercrime Department of the Judicial and Documentation Research Technical Service (STRJD).
If the disputed payment was made using a credit card, the Monetary Code applies (See link post #3), the Bank must comply!!! And a complaint is not necessary..

Apparently, by visiting complaint sites, a number of withdrawals from eelimite were made on 8/10 worldwide for many people, and aside from blocking your card, nothing else is done. Banks are more concerned about their stock market speculation that is bankrupting the world than protecting their customers who provide them with money to survive.

Well, the bank absolutely insisted on a complaint...
I just came back from the police station where they clearly told me that it would go nowhere but they accepted the filing of the complaint, just to have a paper for the bank.
The bank also wants a sworn statement! OK, I'll make one.
But I'm eagerly waiting for them to change my card number... then I'll talk to them about the refund, including the fees for payment in dollars which will no longer apply.
