Hello,
Last night, I bought the game Darksiders (via the Micromania website) for €19.99. I then had to download the Steam software and create an account in order to download the game.
This afternoon, the download finally finished. However, when I click on Play, I get an error message (error 51). I can't play the game. Yet I have updated DirectX.
Please help me.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 22.0.1229.94

After updating my NVIDIA graphics driver, the game works!

CTRL + ALT + Delete.
Open Task Manager
"Processes" tab
You probably have one (or more) processes named FSecure.
Stop them, and it may resolve the issue.
And to prevent it from starting every time, start: type "msconfig"
In the "Startup" tab, uncheck the Fsecure(s). -

I just tried, no change.
I'm in the process of updating my drivers, maybe that's the issue.
I still hope I didn't buy a game for nothing... -
Thank you for your response.
But no, in the Processes tab, I have no process called FSecure.
I even searched my PC to see if I had this software, but I don't have it.
I have an Asus N55S PC for reference, if that can help. -
