Hello,
Yesterday I was on my HP G62 laptop when the battery ran out, the laptop turned off, and I went to bed. This morning I turned the laptop on, and NOTHING!!
I remember that the battery is empty, so I plugged it in to charge, and still NOTHING! The light indicating that it's charging doesn't turn on!
What should I do? Is the problem with the charger or the laptop?
Please help me!!! Thank you.

Hello,
laptops have a safety function before the battery charge runs out,
if the laptop stays on and the battery is low, it goes into sleep mode to preserve the user's data :D
beyond this time, the laptop will not turn on!
so don't panic,
just remove the battery, plug the laptop into the power charger, put the battery back in without turning on the laptop.
let it charge, then turn it back on when the battery has charged for a little while!
Note:
on some models, the power indicator or battery charge may not light up, in this case just restart the laptop for everything to go back to normal ;-)

Before, none of the keys on the first row of the keyboard were working, I restarted the PC and now the keys are fine, but I've noticed a few issues:
-the power button no longer lights up.
-the PC does nothing when I close the lid even though I have correctly selected the "sleep when closing the lid" option in the power settings menu!
Is there a way to fix these issues?
