I doubt that a factory reset, if it exists for this device, will be the only option that could work, as school devices were likely locked, possibly by a BIOS password that you don’t know. At best, it would restore it to the state it was delivered in, with the restrictions you want to get rid of.

At worst, it would require formatting and installing a version of Windows 10, but beforehand, you would need to identify and recover all the drivers, particularly for the touchscreen, which is no small feat.

So I don’t have a solution to offer you, but a user of this equipment may have taken on the challenge.

The national education system has locked these PCs. I think it's better to turn to a technology teacher who can unlock it.

I do not have access to Update and Security, hence my question.

I'm hesitant to start a reinstall of Windows from scratch for fear of not being able to start the device again. Are there any risks?

Another thing: it is very likely that the storage is a 32GB eMMC. It's enough for a lite version of W10 (the one installed) but not for a standard version. So, in my opinion, use it as is.
