Freebox player stuck on authentication

Hello,
Here's my problem: this afternoon, I rebooted the Freebox Player, and since then, it has been stuck on "Authentification." It's been over half an hour... it's just spinning and spinning but so far no message has appeared on the screen...
I've unplugged and plugged it back in several times but still the same problem.
Any ideas?

    Hi,
    It's been a while since you restarted the freeplayer?
    Because Free has changed the authentication due to parental controls.
    You should call them at 1044.
    For me, it was blocking access to a paid channel. But I went on their website and that's where I saw the procedure to change the password.

    But that might not be your case.
    You also need to do a Hard Reboot.
    1 unplug
    2 plug back in and when it starts scanning (on the server side) unplug again.
    You need to unplug and plug back in 5 times in a row like this.

      Thank you very much, I called Free and the technician told me to plug the player into a wall socket as the power from a power strip is not necessarily stable. Now it works! Thank you very much for your information!
