Hello,
Here is the problem: I have the Freebox and the TV for about 6 months, everything was going well... when last night, during a show, a message appeared saying: ''not enough bandwidth..." I tried unplugging and re-plugging the white cable, but it got stuck on NETWORK, so I did a hard reboot as advised, but now it's stuck on STEP 2! I really don’t know what to do! (internet works fine)

Hello everyone!
My Freebox crystal was stuck at step 2 (network) for 24 hours.
Tests performed: powerline reset, connection via RJ45 between server and player, hard reset of the server, but still stuck on Network!
Firmware update of the player: eureka!
Solution: unplug the power supply, hold down the Power button on the remote while plugging the player back in, release the button when the Firmware displays.

It's incredible that Free doesn't mention this manipulation in the paper support inside the packaging.
