Printing issue wanting more..

Hello, I'm frustrated because I want to print discount coupons from "envie de plus..." and when I followed all the steps they asked for, I ended up on a blank square with the message: test your printer. So, I tested it, and it worked, but when I click on start printing, nothing comes out, while it works on other sites. I asked the "envie de plus..." site, and they replied that it was an issue on my end. Please, is there anyone who could explain this to me? I thank you in advance. (I'm on Vista, using Internet Explorer and Google Chrome, and all updates have been made.)
