Hello, I have an HP DESKJET F 380 printer and I'm having an issue because every time I print, there is a line in the middle of a document or photo. I don't know much about this and I would need your help, please. Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

re,
so you go to start - settings, you will find printer-fax and there you have your printer, you click,
in the window that opens you go again to printer - you will see properties, and in the general tab at the bottom there are print options, you click and you have 2 choices, align the heads or clean, so you choose clean and you do a print. If that is not enough you clean the heads again and in the worst case you align the heads and follow what you are asked to do. There you go, I hope that will be enough
Best,
MC

Hello, thank you for taking the time to explain it to me again, but I don't have this cleaning option; I've looked thoroughly in the print settings and I can't find anything. Too bad. Best regards,
Emmanuelle

hello

you need to perform a head cleaning through the control panel - printer - properties - print (test page) and go to the utilities tab, do a head cleaning, and possibly align the nozzles.
hoping I have provided you with the solution
best regards

Thank you, Mickael. I did the print test, but I couldn't find the utility tab (head cleaning). I've had my computer for a short time, and to be honest, I'm a bit clueless.

Click on the icon on the HP Solutions Center desktop, then click on Print Settings, click on Printer Toolbox, and here is the window to clean.
