I am receiving several letters from different bailiffs (Bensoussan, SCP Waterlot) for different cases, but all have surpassed the limitation period, except for Orange which placed me on Preventel without notifying me and is claiming an amount three months after the contract was signed.
In short, I would like to know, before taking any action, if the bailiff needs to be located in the department to take action, or if it can be from anywhere.
