no sound on my ACER PC Solved/Closed

Hello,

I have no sound on my PC after uninstalling Realtek. I reinstalled everything needed from the Acer website for my Aspire M1641, but nothing works despite that. I updated the drivers, but nothing helps... :( I see a yellow triangle next to the driver software when I go into Device Manager.
I followed some tips on forums, but zero, still no sound...

Please help me ^^

Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 14.0.1

Right-click on the audio device
Properties
Driver tab
Uninstall the driver
Try reinstalling the audio driver again.

If it still doesn't work:
Right-click on the audio device
Uninstall it
Restart the PC.

Try the site https://www.touslesdrivers.com/  At the top, go to the drivers tab. It will then automatically detect your PC and see which drivers are missing and the possible downloads.

Try a system restore and choose a date before the deletion.

Accessories
System tools
Right-click on --> system restore
Choose --> run as administrator and confirm
Initiate the system restore.

It's done... I restarted my PC and after the installation I got this message:

after a long day of tinkering and updating, I managed to reinstall Vista... I've got a like-new PC lol... with sound at last...  it was complicated but I did it...   thanks kaneagle...   one last thing, can someone give me safe links for software like codecs... because I don't have anything anymore...
