Hello,
Hello, it's been 3 weeks since the cursor on my mouse suddenly disappeared overnight, after I restarted the computer because it was glitching.
I tried updating the system, I ran my antivirus: nothing works.
Does anyone know how to help me?
Thank you!
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 35.0.1916.153

Hello,
I had the same problem this morning after turning on my PC (Acer laptop running Windows 8 as well), I called the customer service of the store where I bought it because the Fn+F7 trick didn't work on mine, even after restarting, and the technician I spoke to on the phone had me do one last manipulation that worked: apparently there was an issue with the "capacitors."
And there, if it worked, the arrow reappears. It worked for mine anyway :)

- First, turn off your PC (no lights on, unplug the power supply)
- Then hold the power button for 30 seconds straight (THIS is very important, it releases the so-called "capacitors"),
- release the button after 30 seconds
- then start your PC normally
And there, if it worked, the arrow reappears. It worked for mine anyway :)
Thank you
