Hello,

I have my unlocking code but I can't find the procedure to unlock my mobile to change carriers. Thank you for your valuable help.

    Good evening,

    To navigate, you need to use the round button in the middle.
    Press it to the left for left navigation, to the right for right navigation, up to go up, and down to go down.

    For the procedure, check here, go to the paragraph "Your mobile securely" and click on "Unlocking with an SFR SIM"

      Thank you watercolour, but when I press * twice, it doesn't do anything because it’s the key used to activate and deactivate CAPS LOCK! Thank you anyway!

      Did you look at the link I gave you? Follow all the instructions/steps provided and even if you think that pressing ** does nothing, that’s not true. You need to keep doing what is written to see the screens shown in the images appear as you proceed.
      I have the same phone and it worked without any issues.

      Thank you. I actually think that when I get my new SIM card (new operator), I'll enter the PIN code they'll give me and at that moment they'll ask me for my unlock code. It should work. Thanks again.

      No, it doesn't work like that.
      You need to unlock the phone before inserting the new SIM card. The phone, even once the new card is in and the PIN code entered, will not ask you for the unlock code; it will just say SIM card not recognized.

      I will go back to the FTelecom store tomorrow to ask them to do it now that I have the unlock code obtained by phone, because I spent 2 hours looking for 'Customize' and network on my mobile, and nothing worked: * allows activating MAJ & MIN.

    When I press the left arrow on the side of my phone, I get the phone status ??? What is this left arrow on the side that does not appear on the screen? Thank you

    Help! Without the SIM card, there's nothing to be done; it needs to be inserted.
    I don't have the left arrow on my keyboard (Sony Ericsson W995). Where is it??? Thank you. I've tried all of them, on the side, nothing is showing up on the screen. I'm given the status of the phone. Thank you for your help.

    Press the LEFT NAVIGATION key, then using the ALPHANUMERIC keyboard, press the * key twice
    be careful not to exceed 10 attempts or you'll get locked out
