    There are websites that offer free little games, but many of them have poor quality
    the rest being illegal, I cannot talk about it.

    Go to sites like Zedge or Mobile9, where you'll find games, logos, ringtones, and videos, all for free.

    One of the best sites I've found is mobiles24.com. It's an English site, but there are no problems; I'm registered there along with my colleagues, and we've never had any issues. You can find games, themes, and applications there, all for free.
