Hello, for the past 3 days I have been trying to upload my photo on Je Contact while following their instructions, and a black frame appears indicating in white that I have to wait 24 hours, but after 3 days nothing has changed. I reduced the photo to make it lighter, but still nothing. Can you help me and provide other solutions? Thank you.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

    I have the same problem. How do I make my photo appear on jecontacte.com?

    No size issue. They say to wait 24 hours, it's been 3 days as well...

    have you ever done I leave the page and I come back or I turn off my computer and turn it back on.
    it works! and if it works it's .............................. that it's a big problem.
