But what’s wrong with adopteunmec???

Hello everyone!
So, recently separated, I signed up "to see" on adopte un mec.
I browsed profiles for a few weeks, and after a while, liking the concept and finding the profiles less depressing than on "meetic", I decided to pay €30 for a one-month subscription.
However, even though the message "Thank you for your trust, your order is being processed" was visible after my payment, nothing happened; I was just presented with two additional options, one for "+€1.90/month" with a 12-month commitment and the other for "+€14.90/month" with unlimited charms.
But I neither want to pay €45 nor commit to 12 months on a dating site.
Yet, just below it was clearly written "amount already paid: €30/month including taxes".
No amount debited from my bank, no "charms" on my account, in short, complete silence.
I started by sending a message explaining my problem since the terms and conditions state that the €30 option for one month is available.
No response.
After almost two months of sending them messages, customer service is completely absent and ignores my questions.
I asked my sister, who is registered on the site, to send them a message about my issue: no response, and even worse, after contacting them, she was no longer allowed to respond to messages she received from male profiles.
However, at the very beginning, when I registered on the site, I contacted customer service because I couldn't upload a photo, and I received a response within 48 hours.
I don't understand what's happening, why no one responds, and above all, how a site created to generate revenue does not receive payment from a potential customer.
In short, if anyone is in the same situation or knows why I can't register, I'm all ears!
Thanks in advance!
JB

Hello
if you haven't understood that all these ridiculous sites are just scams, there's nothing we can do for you...

Thank you for this very constructive comment that absolutely doesn't answer my question.
Seven years ago, I signed my mother up on Meetic. She was single, rather shy, and not at all into "flirting." A few months later, she met the first man, then another after the breakup with the first one, and today, she is happy with the last one she met.
As for me, I'm not necessarily looking to "meet the one," but let's say that chatting and flirting on this kind of site (provided they work) helps to maintain hope for dealing better with single life after a breakup. So I don't see what's "silly" about this kind of site.
If you don't understand that, there's nothing more we can do for you... ;)

But who are you to judge? Look at the evidence of human stupidity... If we can't help, we shouldn't get in the way and we shouldn't judge even less... Clown
