Hello,
We recently bought a Sharp LC-40LE54OE television. It works very well but I cannot adjust the channel order, which is very annoying.
The manual states that you need to go to MENU < CHANNEL EDITING and press the yellow button before moving the channel to the desired location.
However, the yellow button is not indicated at the bottom of the page. We can delete the channel but not move it.
Does anyone have an idea to solve my problem?
Thank you in advance.

Hello, the order of TNT channels is imposed by the CSA TF1 equal Pr 1 etc. It is difficult to disable this automatic function on receivers. Especially since we need to consider the arrival of new channels in the future that will follow this numbering, and I can't imagine the "mess" if you are near the border, as you will find our neighbors on Pr 50 or 501. I even have an LG that places the Belgian channels starting at 801; had to guess? Fortunately, the P+, P- function lets you scroll through them in the order of memory. You can also play with certain TVs that offer a favorites menu to create yourself, but it's quite hard to install. Consult your manufacturer's support just in case.
Good luck-
What I don't understand is that with my old TV, there was no problem arranging the channel order, and my son's TV is the same. The user manual indicates how to do it, but putting it into practice is mission impossible. After the automatic tuning, the channels follow each other but in an order that doesn't suit me. For example, the Swiss Italian channels (I'm Swiss) are on number 1, while TF1 ends up on number 34. I would simply like TF1 on 1, France 2 on 2, etc...
But thank you very much for your response.
