"Network Error" interrupts downloads

Hello,
As I mentioned in the title, my downloads, regardless of the host (I've tried 6 different ones with the same result), systematically stop after 40-50 MB downloaded with the message "Network Error" in the downloads tab, while everything else on the internet works perfectly (the Wi-Fi remains connected).
If someone could give me a hand, that would be nice!

Hello everyone, I had the same problem and in my case it was my antivirus Avast that was blocking the download (it was giving me a network error as well). So here's what I did:
I opened Avast
I clicked on the small gear icon
Then I clicked on Active protection on the left and you should see 3 things: -Files system shield
-Mail shield
-Web shield
Disable the web shield during your download (if Avast blocked the download, it considers it harmful to your PC, so proceed at your own risk)
