Problème packard bell

Bonjour,

J'ai un netbook packard bell dot S, avec Windows 7 starter. Intel Atom N450. Lorsqu'il s'allume il me montre le logo de pacard bell pui il dit :

1.Insert your windows installation disc and rtestart your computer.
2.Choose your language seetings, and then click "next".
3. Click "Repair your computer."
