Hello,

Do you know what the .cst extension is? It's a file that comes with other data. If it is used to set a graphical style, how do you specify it? What language?!

Thank you ..

    Hello,
CST cast - launch, Adobe or Macromedia Director distribution file
CST exercise The Builder § Microsoft Construct model
    CST custom - custom file
CST XML file describing the windows (Wanadoo)
Could you open the file with Notepad and specify the first line
If it is a binary file, download HexaViewer and display the file in decimal mode (10). Indicate the first four numbers from 0 to 255.

      Hello,

      here's what it says: US-ASCII
I removed it and modified it (in vain) and it didn't change anything when opening the file.

Could you specify the file path (successive folders) and the operating system?
If it is a text file, please provide a few lines.

Yes, it is a file that is sent with Corine Land Cover data (for mapping and GIS), there is only "US-ASCII" written on the file. I wanted to know if it was possible to modify it.

ASCII is a data format, the most commonly used in GIS.

The ASCII code is well known, it is the one used by MS-DOS. You may have tried FR-ASCII, but that won't change the language
For those following this topic, GIS stands for geographic information system.

No, I tried to set up a graphic style by copying and pasting from a style manager (belonging to the GIS software), but it’s probably more complicated... so do you know what language to apply? And is this the right place to set up a graphic style?

There must be a configuration file .cfg or .ini.

      ... boo, no.
It's okay, I'll set this aside for a short while, I'll get back to it if I find the solution.
      Thank you.
