Que faire suite à une erreur 0xc00000e9 ?

Bonjour,
J'ai bien vu plusieurs sujets sur cette erreur, mais je n'ai pas trouvé ce que je cherchais.
Ce matin, trouvant mon ordi super lent, je décide de le redémarrer... Je n'avais rien fait de spécial ces-jours...
Et là, plus moyen de charger windows ( 7 64 bits).

Une erreur E/S inattendue s'est produite.
Je lance l'outil système
L'outil de redémarrage système ne peut pas réparer automatiquement l'ordinateur.

OK. Je veux restaurer, mais je n'ai pas d'image système... Hum, tant pis pour moi.
Je regarde de plus près ce que me dit l'outil système, en gros sur les résultats des tests effezctués, tout est ok sauf :
Cause initiale trouvée : Des modifications non spécifiées de la configuration du système pourraient être à l'origine du problème.
Restaurer le système : OK
Vérification et réparation de l'intégrité des fichiers système : échec de l'opération. Code d'erreur ; 0X490
OK, je redémarre, je tente de booter sur le cd via le menu de boot au démarrage. Raté, là il me dit un truc genre : system boot failure, please insert th bisk and press enter ( je n'ai pas noté exactement). Bon, je redémarre, relance le boot sur le disque dur, même message.
J'éteins, je m'occupe quelques minutes, puis je me décide à demander de l'aide sur ce forum. En attendant je rallume le pc et là, oh miracle, il charge windows !
Je me demande donc (je n'ose plus rien toucher), ce que je peux faire pour vérifier que tout va bien, que ça ne va pas recommencer, et pour prévenir un autre soucis de ce genre?

I would like to ask a few questions to help focus in the right direction:
Since when are you receiving this error? Did you make any changes to your system? Did you install any new Updates and/or Software?
This error message: An unexpected I/O error has occurred. Status: (0Xc00000e9) is a hardware error pertaining to your system's BIOS. Basically it is telling you that the computer is not able to reliably communicate with the hard drive. We can try a few steps and check if it works:
Note: Disconnect External Devices (USB Flash Drives/ External Hard Drives etc)
Step 1: If Startup Repair is a preinstalled recovery option on your computer:
1. Remove all floppy disks, CDs, and DVDs from your computer, and then restart your computer. Click the Start button, click the arrow next to the Lock button, and then click Restart.
2. Do one of the following:
a. If our computer has a single operating system installed, press and hold the F8 key as computer reboots. We need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears. If the Windows logo appears, we will need to try again by waiting until the Windows logon prompt appears, and then shutting down and restarting the computer.
b. If our computer has more than one operating system, use the arrow keys to highlight the operating system you want to repair, and then press and hold F8.
3. On the Advanced Boot Options screen, use the arrow keys to highlight Repair your computer, and then press ENTER. (NOTE: If Repair our computer is not listed as an option, then your computer does not include Startup Repair as a preinstalled recovery option.)
4. Select a keyboard layout, and then click next.

Once the Repair is done you can boot to the desktop. But if this fails then try Steps 1 to 5 and now select "System Restore" on the 6 Step instead of Startup Repair. Select a Restore point to the date before you had this problem and follow the steps.

J'ai déjà vu l'intérieur, j'ai installé ma carte graphique entre autres. Mais je n'aime pas trop toucher.
Apparemment il vient de redémarrer (après un joli écran bleu) sans la carte graphique. Je suis tentée de mettre à jour le pilote.
Qu'en pensez vous ? Les problèmes seraient donc liés à la carte graphiqe? Elle a à peine un an et des poussières ! C'est une Asus GeForce210 (Nvidia)
