Repairing a water-damaged computer

Hello,

To give you a brief summary, my laptop took quite a bit of water on the keyboard.
So I immediately disassembled it to dry it with a hair dryer (cold air of course).
Then I reassembled it and turned it on; miracle everything lights up normally (even though the screen was black and the keyboard wasn't working) but after a few minutes it shut down suddenly, the power indicator is no longer on... Is there anything else I can do? Please tell me yes!!

Thank you in advance

Configuration: Windows Vista / Safari 536.5

Never give up, friends!! Convinced that my computer was done for, I completely dismantled my PC this time, dusted it off, cleaned...every nook and cranny, and here it is back up and running like it's 1940!!
Computing has its reasons that reason knows nothing of!

      re,

I think the cg or cm hasn't been affected, that's why it's coming back, but for how long?

And what if instead of getting water, my PC received beer and it's been 2 years since the incident happened and we haven't done anything, what should we do?
