I can't use my keyboard anymore.

Hello,I can no longer type on my keyboard all of a sudden, it seems to be stuck.Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hello,
I encountered the same problem and no one could help me. After searching, I finally managed to solve my issue. You need to go to "my account," "edit account avatar," "ergonomics options," then in the "keyboard" section, check visual keyboard as inactive and also ignore brief or repeated keystrokes, then in the "mouse" section, use the numeric keypad to move the mouse on the screen and select inactive.
Everything should normally work again.

If it's a wired keyboard, unplug it and then plug it back in!

You can plug it into another USB port. It has happened to me before. Plugging it into another USB port solved my problem.  Good luck. :-)))

Hello everyone, I have the same issue as Pierrot
I have read a lot of comments but I can't find a solution for my mother
she has Windows XP, a Fujitsu Siemens desktop PC and she can't access the start menu because her keyboard doesn’t respond when she tries to enter her session password
unplugging and replugging the keyboard with the computer off didn’t solve the problem
can someone help me? It’s not a USB keyboard but a standard one plugged in the back of the tower and the green Num Lock light is on
thank you in advance, I’m almost out of hair from pulling it out gggrrrr :)
